Data security

All information is stored securely in the UK. Payment transactions encrypted with SSL. Users are responsible for password confidentiality. Personal data on device uses caches and browser storage. Procedures exist to detect/respond to data breaches.

Data retention

Basic client information (Contact, Identity, Security, Transaction) is kept for six years after ceasing to be clients. Once no longer legally required, data will be deleted or anonymised.
